Voices of Change

Voices of Change is helping Hackney and Newham preserve unique and personal stories from the past. We're gathering stories from people that moved to London between 1939 and 1990, who have either lived or worked, in our two boroughs. The archives are particularly interested in people and places with connections to the African diaspora, South Asian and South-East Asian communities, Turkish, Kurdish and Cypriot stories, as well as history that relates to those with Irish heritage.
