Previous shows have toured to lunch and social clubs and sheltered accommodation in Hackney and Newham, with plans to visit Enfield.

We are currently running weekly in-person workshops every Monday from 4:30 - 6:15pm at Immediate Theatre's Studio Space. Workshops explore improvisation, performing practices and games to produce work with potential to perform.

Our work has seen the production of various plays, the Hackney Social Radio and Hackney Social Audio podcasts and is now also involved in Immediate Theatre's Voices of Change - a project that preserves and celebrates the stories of Hackney and Newham.

‘The best role I ever had was Cinderella at the age of 74 [in the 2018 panto Cindy Rella] which was a great thrill. That was a fun thing to do, at St Joseph’s hospice, somebody said to me, who happened to be in the toilets as well after the show, “Did you know that’s the first pantomime I was able to see because I couldn’t get out?” I’ll remember that forever.’ - Janet Evans
